Our concept is to recruit passion chef to cook at our food stall to provide authentic local and international food to serve our multi racial society at affordable rates. Traditional Coffee Counter
The station has a coffee tou shou with 10 over years experience whipping up aroma coffee and tea maintaining the same price as of traditional coffee shop in an air-con conditioner environment to serve our customer .Our specialty is our daily boiled herbal tea which helps to reduce your heatiness under our tropical climate. This is another delightful taste which cannot be missed in our Singapore tradition food. Our Chef is a hainanese and he enjoy making chicken rice ever since when he was young. He ensure all chicken is being properly clean and rinsed before roast and steam from the kitchen. We are planning to bring in new specialty sauces from Indonesia, Surabaya to our canteen to serve our customers with seafood styles. The chef from Indonesia will be giving training to our local chef to cook for our customers. Our surabaya sauce will be cooked with crab, prawn and fried fish will be served as specialty in our canteen premises soon.
