Maybe if more of us had spoken up back in 2023… fewer businesses would be hurting today.

I’m not posting this video to create hate, destroy anyone or add fuel to drama.

I’m speaking up now because we personally went through many of these issues almost 2 years ago, and after seeing more and more businesses sharing similar experiences today, I realised maybe staying silent also allowed the cycle to continue.

Back then, we chose not to speak publicly because we still hoped things would improve, and we genuinely did not want to harm someone’s business.

But small businesses are already struggling enough with manpower, rental and survival. We should not also have to struggle chasing for work we already paid for.

I sincerely hope lessons are finally learnt, accountability is taken seriously, and no more businesses have to go through the same experience again.
