🎶 Last Sunday, Ann Siang Sounds and contemporary music collective brought the good vibes to South Beach!

From 3–6PM, the space came alive with music, jamming, good energy and an amazing community coming together to enjoy the afternoon. ✨

There’s just something special about live music, bringing people together, creating connections, and turning an ordinary Sunday into a whole vibe.

Organised by South Beach Marcom & Tenant Relations, we were delighted to treat our Office Community to a slice of Beach Road Kitchen’s signature pizzas. A big thank you to everyone who stopped by, grabbed a slice, and joined us for the lunchtime pop up!

Happy International Women’s Day! 🌸💐

On 5 March, we hosted a floral bar where everyone got to pick and choose 3 stalks to create their very own bouquet to bring home. From bright blooms to soft pastels, every bouquet was unique — just like the incredible women we celebrate. ✨

We’re so glad the floral bar was such a hit and truly appreciate everyone’s support and patience throughout the session. Thank you for making the event so special!
