Join us for an unforgettable behind‑the‑scenes afternoon at Singapore’s favourite gelato spot! Roll up your sleeves with our skilled chefs and dive into the sweetest hands‑on class. You’ll churn our signature Fior di Latte base, uncover the pasteurising secrets that make gelato silky smooth, and then invent your very own flavour with house‑made additions.

But that’s not all. Enjoy a grand backstage tour of our gelato home, meet the team, and discover the magic of farm‑to‑scoop gelato. Think of it as part science lab, part culinary playground, and part flavour adventure all rolled into one delicious afternoon!
