The design reflects the "New Breeze" that brown rice noodles bring to the global table. The flowing lines signify the movement of natural energy and a sustainable food future. The overlapping visual elements represent the artistic harmony of flavors, while the "玄" symbol radiates pure vitality.

Colors are inspired by sun-kissed rice stalks and the warmth of the earth, reminding us of the authentic roots of what we eat.

玄米ヌードルから生まれる新しいムーブメント,
新しい風をイメージしています。

風の流れを思わせる背景は、自然のエネルギーが広がり、
新しい食文化が生まれていく様子をイメージ。

左上の重なり合う要素は、ヌードルと具材、
スープの組み合わせによって広がる新しい味の可能性を象徴。

「玄」の文字は伸びやかさ、活力、広がっていくエネルギーを表現。

色は、収穫の稲穂、あたたかさ、大地をイメージしています。

Open Japanese Soba Noodles restaurant in Singapore in June 2014.

We will contribute to make people’s life healthier and happier by leading Japanese healthy tasty food restaurant in the world. Increasing awareness of the healthy benefits of Soba and commits to provide nutritious and healthy meals. Soba is power food. At Healthy Soba IKI, our Soba is made of 100% “Organic” and “Gluten-free” Buckwheat powder ( Juwari-Soba-ko). It is best eaten cold in a hot and humid weather like Singapore. Cold Soba has an al-dente texture. It is also light and refreshing, with a tad of sweetness. Consuming Soba will leave you very satisfied and full for a longer period of time. Move more “Eat Healthy” & “Eat Tasty”!
