BBQ catering in Singapore, out of a chef run kitchen. We went quiet on here. The fire did not.

🔥 WHO WE ARE
Shiok BBQ runs out of our own licensed food factory, ISO certified, the same line hotels, restaurants and cafes buy from every week. Ten people or a thousand, same kitchen.

🥩 WHAT WE MAKE
About 90 to 95% of what lands on your grill is marinated in our own kitchen by our own R&D chef team, chefs who came out of hotel and restaurant kitchens. Marinated overnight, packed the morning it ships. Not bulk bought. Not relabelled.

❌ WHAT WE LEAVE OUT
No crab sticks. No reformed seafood. No BBQ oil, no MSG, no chicken powder.

Shiok cuts. No short cuts.

We are back to twice a week from here: what we grill, how we set up, and straight answers to the things people actually ask us. Follow along, and don’t say bo jio.
