Bringing Back That Traditional Taste!

They decided to try on their own to get that traditional taste which they succeeded!

Isaac & Shawn were former Chefs in a Japanese Restaurant and both of them loves Claypot Rice.

In 2010, they started NanXing Claypot Rice @ Circuit Road serving Claypot Rice with traditional taste with crusty layer of charred rice at the bottom.

Isaac’s mum also gave her secret recipe for Pig Trotter Vinegar that goes well with the Claypot Rice.
