Meet Mortazza. Nutty, meaty, and oh-so-creamy, our latest pizza of the moment is one that wouldn’t recognise restraint if it sat on her face.

Draped in buttery mortadella, scattered with toasted pistachios, anointed with evoo, and crowned with a whole burratina squarely in the middle. Subtle, she is not.
