Celebrate the 2025 Chinese New Year with Doran Chicken’s CNY Family Feast Package! Our special set includes rich, 7 day marinated sauced Daegu-style chicken, traditional Korean dishes like Japchae, and Chef Shin's signature Fried Rice, all crafted for a memorable holiday meal. To celebrate the festive season, we’ve prepared a Christmas menu! There are 2 special items: 1) Chili chicken noodle salad and 2) Party platter!

The chili chicken noodle salad is full of fresh greens, Korean somen (thin noodles), topped with fried chicken skin, potato pops and boneless fried chicken! Stir it up with our special sauce that’s salty, sweet and slightly tangy for the perfect bite ✨

The Party platter has stir-fried noodles made with Chef Shin’s special sauce (which he invented when he was 18), shicheon tteokbokki, garlic mayo fries, boneless chicken and a cabbage salad (limited to 10 per day)✨

Each dish is perfect for 2-4 people, depending on how hungry you are!! We’re open through the festive season, so drop by to try our special menu - from 19 Dec - END DATE

*Why it’s good to apply seasoning with a brush: You can apply it in thin layers several times, so it’s evenly applied, and the seasoning is infused into every bite, allowing you to enjoy a rich flavor all the way to the meat. It’s also less sticky when you eat it with your hands. 🍽️

2. Low-temperature aging in Korean clay pots, Onggi
Because it is aged in an Onggi at a low temperature of 3 degrees Celsius for more than 72 hours, the taste of the sauce becomes more flavorful. 🧑🏻‍🍳

3. Special sauce and powder invented by us!
The sauce used at Doran Chicken is made in-house using broth boiled for more than 5 hours with more than 10 natural ingredients. Also, we use a special powder which helps to retain the crispy texture of our fried chicken remains even it is cold! 🍗

10가지 이상의 천연재료로 5시간 이상 끓인 육수를 사용하여 도란치킨에서 사용하는 소스는 직접 만들어 사용하고 있습니다. 또한 도란치킨만의 노하우가 담긴 파우더는 양념치킨임에도 식어도 바삭한 질감이 살아 있는 것이 특징입니다.

At Doran Chicken, we take our time to bring you the freshest, most flavorful chicken. Our recipe, passed down since 1978, uses a special sauce aged in earthenware pots (called Onggi, in Korean) and we only use chilled chicken, never frozen.

Each order is prepared fresh, ensuring a crispy, delicious experience that requires a little patience—about 20 minutes! Quality takes time, and we believe it’s worth the wait! 🔥
