Don't sleep on this - juicy, fatty pieces coated in a sticky, savoury and sweet sauce full of fragrance and gloss.

Have them dry and by themselves with our noodles, as its main topping, or as one of the options in our 3-in-1 or 5-in-1 noodles. Order additional on the side to add a bang to your liangpi. Or even ask to swap your meat option in your murger to this.... it's so tasty, we'll definitely be adding it as a menu selection very soon.
