The original meaning of the word implies a balanced philosophical and moral sense of life, a lot more than just a diet of vegetables and fruits. However, vegetarianism itself dates back to a time before recorded history. Many anthropologists believe that most early humans ate mainly plant foods, being mo

re like gatherers than hunters. This virw is supported by the fact that the human digestive system resembles that of other plant-eaters. Our vegetarian cuisine is prepared by professional chefs with a passion. Our food is cooked in healthy oils and tastes like fresh home cooked food.
