Yesterday I was already on my motorbike with Anisa leaving our place to head to MyPizza but upon looking at the weather and with my 24 years of experience in riding, I told her that this will be an insane weather storm. So I told her let’s switch to Black Mamba to protect us from unnecessary danger.

My car is 10 times the cost of my motorbike in every single aspect but this is the difference. One is fearing for my life and my wife while the other is..well I’m able to sing along in the car to the song I wrote and recorded while there is literally no vision in front of me.

Just Like Old Times.

Closed the restaurant at 11pm. Started cooking for late dinner at midnight.

Cooked Blade Steak Medium Rare, Baked Baby Red Potatoes & Sautéed Brussels Sprouts with Garlic.

Ate at 1am while watching my favourite tv show ever, ‘One Tree Hill’ in my office in MyPizza after I found out that Netflix just added the entire series.

This meal was one of the 574 dishes I planned out and cooked during my 52 kilo in-one-year weight loss transformation years back. ❤️ - Fadil

14 June, MyPizza Pte. Ltd’s Anniversary!
Also, MyPizza’s Late Founder’s Birthday!
This Was Purely Coincidental!

My late father, Mr Yusof Kamarudin founded MyPizza a few years before 2019. I took over the restaurant’s business in March 2019 and finally on the 14th June of 2019, I incorporated MyPizza Pte. Ltd so I could make an extreme makeover on every littlest thing and also, work on building the brand.

So today is MyPizza Pte. Ltd’s 7th Anniversary! ❤️

Earlier today Anisa reminded me of how happy my late father was at the time, the fact that the date I incorporated MyPizza happened to fall on the same day as his birthday!

He drove and accompanied me to a secretarial company in town area to do the incorporation. We had so many conversations in the car and through out the day, he guided me on so many insights of running a f&b business too.

Man..I miss my late father every single day!

These few months have been countless meetings after meetings. I’ve been working till 6 am every day going through contracts, important documents, lawyer letters and whatnot.

I am working extra hard since last year till this day and even more in the future, to build my own legacy and for a better future.

If it’s meant to be and it’s GOD willing, then it will happen. If it’s not then it’s not meant to be yet.

Another great business meeting at MyPizza yesterday with the bosses from KL. Our conversations were so engaging that it ended up 6 hours long! Lol.

On the left is Thomas. Thomas grew up in Manhattan and Queens, New York. He then later moved to Las Vegas and works in Real Estate. And now, he resides in KL and is doing very well too.

He first came to MyPizza as a first time customer and over time, became our regular customer. Now we have a friendship that is precious to the both of us. He said MyPizza makes the best pizzas ever. ❤️

Whenever he wants to eat pizzas, he will book a flight and a hotel for 1 or 2 nights in Singapore. And his stay here is such that he can dine at MyPizza back-to-back and again order our islandwide delivery to his hotel for the next day!

Yeap. It is Next Level I know.

On the right is Johnny. I just met him yesterday through Thomas. Johnny has 5 successful F&B outlets in KL.

It’s not easy to find people you can click right away but he’s one of ‘em. Humble, friendly and easy-going. 🙂

We look kinda fresh but this photo was taken by Anisa at 1.30am. Lol.

Finally, MyPizza’s Team Is Growing Again! 💪🏽

Baki has been nothing short of amazing these past couple of months. With an amazing trainer like Anisa and myself mentoring him, he has elevated faster than we anticipated and is becoming a rock in MyPizza’s team!

So I promised him I will bring in another Full-Time Kitchen Staff to be his backbone so that MyPizza’s workforce will be stronger as to accommodate to our growing demand!

And so I did! Today we welcome our latest Full-Time Kitchen Staff, Dave! Dave is a fresh graduate with a Diploma in Culinary Skills.

Let’s wish Dave the best in his journey with MyPizza!

And also, look how happy Baki is! 😁
