AAGEMON provides croquette, which is one of the most popular home dishes in Japan. Croquette is the food which ingredient is covered with breadcrumbs coating, so that almost anything we can put inside croquette. AAGEMON thought this coating out, and developed original recipe which could make its breadcrumbs coating thin and strong. Breadcrumbs can hold oil a lot, so we break them into very small pieces with food processor, so that our deep fried food is crispy, and is not very oily.
