Once in a Decade Cheesecake 🌸

MOMO BLUSH, a limited edition cheesecake (15cm), is created to commemorate LeTAO Singapore’s 10th Anniversary (2016 - 2026).

Beneath its blush finish, layers of white peach mousse and soft sponge cake meet raspberry purée and white peach jelly for a bright, fruity contrast. Renkatou peach, dried raspberries and pistachio nuts complete the creation.

MOMO BLUSH is available at $65, inclusive of a commemorative 10th Anniversary Thermal Cooler Bag (worth $15).

Limited to 1000 cheesecakes.

Some flavours are worth waiting for, season after season. Melon Fromage returns to LeTAO Singapore, bringing the refreshing character of fresh Hokkaido melon into every layer.

Crafted with Hokkaido fresh cream, Italian mascarpone and Australian cream cheese, the fragrant, mellow notes of melon meet delicate, creamy Fromage, finished with a fine golden crumb for a beautiful contrast of flavour and texture.

A taste of Hokkaido’s melon season brought a little closer to home.

Introducing our Hokkaido Sweet Corn Soft Serve, a delicate take on the naturally sweet flavour of Hokkaido-grown corn.

Crafted with Hokkaido milk and fresh cream, each swirl is smooth and creamy, with the mellow sweetness of corn complemented by a touch of rock salt for added depth.
