Song Garden at Mercure Singapore Bugis has teamed up with USAPEEC ASEAN for a U.S. Duck Duo, featuring two very different ways to enjoy premium U.S. Duck — one crispy and refreshing, the other rich and aromatic.

✨ Symphony of Crispy U.S. Duck with Calamansi Barbecue Sauce
$68 whole | $38 half

My favourite way to eat this was Peking-duck style — wrap the crispy duck in the thin pancake and enjoy it with the bright, tangy calamansi barbecue sauce. Crispy, savoury and surprisingly refreshing.

🌶️ Sichuan Braised U.S. Duck
$68 whole | $38 half

If you prefer stronger flavours, this one is rich, aromatic and packed with Sichuan-style flavour.

Both dishes are specially created by Executive Chinese Chef Kenneth Eng, bringing Song Garden’s refined Cantonese cooking together with premium U.S. Duck.

I recently got to witness a live cooking demonstration where Chef Kenneth cooked, plated, and presented two incredible signature duck dishes and it was such an eye-opener watching the fiery flaming technique on the Crispy U.S. Duck and the preparation of the Sichuan Braised U.S. Duck right in front of us! 🔥

To make the night even better, Chef Kenneth even sang us a song, turns out he’s a fantastic singer too! 🎶
