From now till 8 May, savour the delectable beef broth simmered for hours to perfection or delight in the beef kway teow as is, with each noodle coated generously in a special concoction of tangy chilli sauce, sesame oil, and soy sauce!

Specially crafted by veteran hawker David Lim of Empress Place Teochew Beef Kway Teow, the Beef Mui Fan will also be exclusively available for guests to enjoy.

With each signature dish paired perfectly with a selection of homemade salted vegetables and piquant chilli sauce, this legendary beef kway teow is a true hearty treat for the soul.

Raffles Couryard's Hawker Stories presents its third hawker talent of the series, David Lim, the veteran hawker behind Empress Place Teochew Beef Kway Teow!

As a third-generation descendent of Singapore's legendary Hock Lam Beef Noodle stall, David named his own stall, Empress Place, in honour of his grandfather.

Catch the friendly hawker from Wednesday, 20 April to 8 May, and indulge in a hearty bowl of Beef Kway Teow goodness.
