Meet Ah Seng, the man whose passion for food and tradition has shaped every dish at Le Cheng. ๐Ÿ โค๏ธ

His culinary journey began in 1972 at Lau Pa Sat, where he served Hainanese Pork Porridge from a humble stall. Over the years, he mastered Taiwanese Porridge and perfected iconic dishes like Kampong Chicken Rice and Mutton Soup, eventually creating the legendary Gu Zao Ren brand.

Today, Ah Seng continues to share his love for heritage flavours at Le Cheng. Named after a town in Hainan, "Le Cheng" (ไนๅŸŽ) means "place full of happiness"โ€”a reflection of his mission to bring warmth and joy to every table.
