Created in celebration of Singapore’s 61st National Day, our Tagliatelle Bak Chor reimagines one of the nation’s most beloved comfort foods through Ensō Steakhouse’s modern, ingredient-driven lens. Hand-cut tagliatelle is tossed in a rich Pork Ragu before being finished with Crispy Pork Jowl, Nameko Mushrooms and a fragrant Pork Consommé, bringing together the familiar flavours of Bak Chor Mee with refined European techniques.
