Hailing from Tsukiji, Niku Kappo at ION Orchard offers authentic Japanese Kappo (割烹) style cuisine, and focus on the Meat category of menu. Niku Kappo satisfies different types of customers with the different unique and authentic meat dishes, together with the wide variety of menu items. do Yaki (江戸焼き) is the original form of Sukiyaki, and uses Miso as base instead of the usual Shoyu. This dish will be freshly prepared by the staff at the dining table, accompanied by an explanation of the dish and its ingredients. Apart from the wide variety of food menu items, Niku Kappo also provides an extensive alcohol menu to match up with the Japanese culture of eating and drinking. Customers can select from 30 different kinds of Sake specially imported from Japan and not sold anywhere else in Singapore.

Curry was introduced to Japan in the 19th century and has since developed a distinctly Japanese flavour, characterised by a thick and rich sauce which is mildly spicy and sweet.

Here at Niku Kappo, our curry is prepared using in-house recipe. Each serving of curry is cooked together with onions and special sauce for a deeper and richer flavour.
