Our ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ๐ ๐ง๐ต๐๐บ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ starts the night before.
The dough goes through a slow overnight fermentation, giving it that airy centre and crisp edge we keep coming back for. Baked till golden, topped with honey and thyme, then served with a generous layer of taramasalata.
On paper, it sounds simple but in the kitchen, the hardest part might just be not tearing into it before it reaches your table.
