One Prawn & Co has grown through many meaningful chapters over the years.
We started with prawn noodles, before opening our own restaurant and eventually becoming the dining experience that many of you know today. Each stage has shaped the way we cook, create and think about the kind of food we want to put into the world.
Our time at New Bahru has been an especially exciting one. It gave us the opportunity to explore a new expression of the brand, while continuing to build on everything we’ve stood for from the beginning.
After much consideration, we’ve decided that this is the right moment to bring this chapter to a close, as the group continues to evolve. With heavy hearts, our last day of service will be 4 October 2026.
This wasn’t an easy decision. One Prawn & Co has been an important part of our story, and we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built over the years. The experience, values and culinary perspective we’ve developed along the way will stay with us and continue to shape what we do across the group.
More than anything, we’re grateful for the people who made it all possible.
It has been an absolute privilege to be part of your milestones, from birthdays and anniversaries to simple catch-ups with old friends. We’ve seen so much laughter around our tables over the years, and those are the moments we’ll remember most.
To the team who built this with us, the partners who believed in us, our regulars who kept coming back, and everyone who walked through our doors, thank you.
Come by for one more meal before we say goodbye.
