For our May OLLAKASE, we’re proud to welcome one of the industry’s finest as our special guest barista. Suhaimi () is a familiar and respected figure in Singapore’s coffee scene. With over two decades of experience, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the local coffee community—mentoring and helping countless professionals, including our very own champion.

As an entrepreneur and co-owner of , a Certified World Coffee Event Judge, and the founder of the “I Am a Barista in SG” community, Suhaimi continues to elevate the craft. He has also previously won numerous awards as a barista and roaster. Most recently, he became the author of the book Kopi, Coffee & Craft
