Welcome back to another episode of Warisan Dapur Ibu! Today, we are ehancing a beloved classic: Dendeng Wagyu Dua Rasa Belado.

Great flavor takes time, which is why we start by slow-braising our premium Wagyu, before finishing it on the grill for that perfect, smoky char. The real secret lies in our signature aromatic oil, infused with the traditional 4 sekawan to bring out those deep, comforting flavors from home.
