“Okay so I’m a little biased because I love pesto — but honestly, this is one of my favourites on the menu.

It starts with the same coriander pesto we use on Pizza FuFu, folded into cream with spinach and chicken breast — rich but not heavy, and the pesto gives it this freshness that you don’t expect from a creamy dish.

Oh, and it’s got a good amount of protein too. Which is always a plus! 💪
