For our very first Taste of Shanghai, we welcome Chef Zhou Tie Long, a true OG of Traditional Shanghai cuisine.
Former Head Chef of Yong Fu Hui, Shanghai, Chef Zhou spent nearly a decade leading the kitchen, during which the restaurant earned multiple years of Michelin Two-Star recognition. With close to 40 years of experience, he brings classic, uncompromising Shanghai flavours to SpicyMoment for one night only.
