Fresh apples, slowly cooked down into our house-made apple purée, bringing a gentle sweetness and depth that pairs perfectly with the earthy notes of hojicha. Every spoonful is made from scratch, because the little details matter.

🌿 Burrata Garden — Creamy burrata, sweet cherry tomatoes and parma ham, brought together with a vibrant beetroot raspberry sauce and fragrant basil oil

☕ Tiramisù Cafè — Layers of mascarpone cream and lady fingers soaked in our very own Cloudfields espresso and coffee liqueur, topped with stracciatella gelato and a dusting of cocoa powder

🌲 Tofu Miso Forest — A hearty mix of grilled portobello mushroom, butterhead lettuce and mesclun salad, finished with roasted hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and a light tofu miso dressing
