Since 1 Jan 2023, Uncle Tom has finally retired, no longer working after 56 years of hard work.

Ice Cream Frenzy Bear Bear has also finally come home permanently to retire with me. Haha. So anyone can feel free to jio me for coffee anytime.

The last chapter, and the last sentence says it all in my book of life with Ice Cream Frenzy.

Throughout these 13 years, I have gone through all the trials and tribulations of being an entreprenuer which was certainly not a bed of roses.

I have also seen the good, the bad and the ugly side of Singaporeans. This is reality in every sense of the word.

I am now closing this book with bitter sweet feelings and memories.

I am looking forward to starting another fresh book to fuel my passion to create gelatos.

Secure a piece of memory from Ice Cream Frenzy.

Closing, and my unique cast iron vintage sewing machine tables (60 x 60cm) are up for sale.

Personally fabricated with a passionate of love, these can be displayed as a side table for a plant, artefact, lamp or your favourite framed photos.

The cast iron frame is treated with anti-rust paint and sprayed in matt black to give it the classic look. The treadle is in a good working condition. This is a very good conversational piece of funiture fot your home, very stable and can last for generations.

A chapter in my life is finally closed after a learning journey of 13 years.

More importantly I would like to tender my heart-felt gratitude and thanks to all my loyal customers who have supported me over the years through all my trials and tribulations.

If you still have a craving for my unique Gelatos flavours and my light crispy Waffles, all is not lost as by mid Dec 22, you can still get them at a speciality cafe called "Fro-yo" located in the basement of Yew Tee Mall. I will be there to create these desserts and also to serve you.

My latest creation.

These are frozen Red Dragon Fruit gelato yogurt cubes loaded with plenty of nuts, almonds, sunflower seeds and green raisins.

Add on the optional free topping of either the traditional Gula Melaka or the Australian Foral Honey to up the level of siokness.

1. Onde onde - for lovers of freshly grated coconut and fragrant pandan leaves.

2. Coconut with Gula Melaka - created totally with fragrant pure Gula Melaka and freshly grated coconut.

3. Korean Red Dates - distinctive flavour, a tonic gelato great for your blood. Don't believe go ask your Ah Ma.

4. Honey Preserved Plum or commonly known as Suan Mei - bring back childhood memories of this very sweet black sticky preserved marble-size plum wrapped in the 3 layers of paper.

Unique, once in a lifetime Sale, not Gelato this time, but the business of Ice Cream Frenzy.

It is a bitter-sweet (MSW durian) decision for me to take, after nurturing and developing this business for the past 13 years, I am planning to retire at the end of this year.

To continue the legacy of enjoying quality Gelato Ice Cream for the long term, I will be selling this business lock, stock and barrel.

This deal would include branding, all receipes of gelato/waffle/brownie, acquire the necessary gelato making skills, machinery/equipment/furniture and existing materials and stocks at point of transfer.

There will be NO shutdown for business in Ice Cream Frenzy from the eve and throughout the Lunar New Year holidays. Opens from 10am to 10pm.

As this is our 13th year of operation, we still maintain our gelato quality since day one.
