Our most popular dish, the Crackling Pork Belly.

Our Roasted Pork are marinated overnight so that all the flavours can be absorbed by the meat and then roasted over high temperature (over 280 C).

The skin then crisps up
beautifully, staying a golden brown rather than getting too dark or burnt. The high temperature also allows for a
firmer coagulation of its outer layers so that all the natural juices of the meat are almost completely retained!

Roasting is a fantastic choice for cooking poultry with a lot of meat like a chicken. Unlike those roasted chicken you see at chicken rice stall where they usually deep fry their chicken. With our seasoning and carefully selected pullet, every chicken is succulent, juicy and tasty without added preservatives or MSG.

With the proper roasting technique, the fat melts and bastes the meat keeping it moist ensuring a juicy and flavourful. What's mod con if it's not convenient? Just pop it in the oven or airfryer and you will have perfectly roasted succulent roasted chicken with the need of a roaster!

To prepare our signature roast duck, we place great emphasis on our duck supply. It has be freshly slaughtered, the right size and the right amount of fat.

Having the right amount of fat in the duck is important because the rendered fat juices ensures the glistering of the skin and the texture of the meat.

With our imported spices and marinate sealed in the duck, all the aroma and juices will be locked inside during roasting. The end result is a Roast Duck with juicy, tasty meat wrap in a glistening skin without added preservatives or MSG.

Traditionally, the Dongzhi Festival is a time for the family to get together. We sincerely hope that everyone will get to spend quality time with their love ones and enjoy a bowl of hearty 汤圆, or just a simple meal together.
