👉 Here are the steps:
1) Season the salmon filet on both sides.
2) Pan-fry on low heat for about 6 minutes, flipping halfway.
3) Set the salmon filet aside to rest.
4) In the same pan, add ½ a tablespoon of butter, 3 chopped garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon honey to make the sauce.
5) Stir the sauce consistently at low heat, and add the salmon filet to the pan.
6) Pan-fry over low-medium heat for 3 minutes, then plate and serve.
