It’s incredibly special day for me, for AMBI, and for all of us who have been part of this journey. Standing here, surrounded by so much love and support, feels surreal.
Like so many of us, I faced uncertainty, fear, and doubt. But amidst the chaos, I found something within me—a passion that had been waiting for its moment to shine. That passion was cooking.
What started as an idea, with Nasi Lemak as the flagship dish, has grown into something I could have only dreamed of. AMBI became more than just a small business; it became a reflection of my resilience, my creativity, and my determination to move forward even when the road seemed impossible.
This journey hasn’t been easy. There were moments when I questioned if I was doing the right thing, moments when I felt overwhelmed and unsure. But through it all, I was lifted by the unwavering support of my parents, my team (you know who you are) and every single one of you who believed in AMBI.
As I celebrate AMBI’s first anniversary, I’m reminded of all those experiments in the kitchen, the lessons learned, and the relationships built along the way. Each dish, each event, each step forward is a reminder that dreams can come true when you have the courage to chase them.
This is just the beginning. AMBI will continue to grow, explore, and bring people together through food and shared experiences.
So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for being here, for celebrating with me.
