Beef Water Spinach Hotplate

Ingredients:

1/4 kg beef
2 bunches water spinach
6 quail eggs, boiled and peeled
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 shallots, thinly sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
3 red chilies, thinly sliced
1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1tbsp Sweet soy sauce
Pinch of Salt
1 tbsp stock powder
2 tbsp oil for sautéing
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in water

Methods:

1. Prepare all ingredients. Clean and wash the water spinach.
2. Heat a hotplate (I use an oven for convenience, at 150 degrees for 15 minutes).
3. Sauté the garlic, shallots, onions, and red chilies in a pan until wilted and fragrant. Add the sliced ​​beef and quail eggs. Season with oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt, and stock powder, thicken with the cornstarch solution.
4. Because I don't want the water spinach to wilt too much, I immediately arrange it on a heated hot plate and then pour over the hot sauce. 5. Stir-fried water spinach on a hot plate is ready to be enjoyed.

Butter Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:-

For the Chicken Marinade:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts (bite-size pieces)
½ cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp chili powder or paprika
½ tsp salt

For the Sauce:
3 tbsp butter (divided)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grate
1½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder or paprika
1 cup tomato puree (or crushed tomatoes, blended smooth)

1 cup heavy cream
½ cup water
Salt, to taste

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:-

1. Marinate the Chicken
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
Coat chicken, cover, and marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight is best).

2. Cook the Chicken
Melt 1 tbsp butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add marinated chicken and sear until lightly browned (not fully cooked). Remove and set aside.

3. Make the Sauce
In the same pan, melt 1 tbsp butter.
Add onions, sauté until golden. Stir in garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, and chili powder.
Cook 1 minute, then add tomato puree. Simmer 8–10 minutes until thick and deep in color.

4. Finish the Curry
Add cream, water/stock, and salt. Return chicken to pan.
Simmer 15–20 minutes until chicken is tender and fully cooked.

5. Add Final Richness
Stir in the last 1 tbsp butter before serving. Garnish with fresh cilan.

Pakistani Chicken Karahi 🍗🔥

Ingredients:
🧈 1/4 Cup Ghee
🌶️ 1 Green Chilli
🍗 500g Chicken
🧂 1/2 tbsp Salt
🧄 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
🍗 1/2 tsp Chicken Powder (optional)
🍅 3 Tomatoes
🥣 1/2 Cup Whisked Curd
⚫ 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
🌿 1 tsp Cumin Powder
🌿 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
🌶️🌿🫚 Chilli, Coriander and Julienned Ginger for Garnish

Method:

1. Heat ghee in a karahi. 🥘

2. Fry a chilli and remove it. 🌶️

3. Add chicken and mix well. 🍗

4. Add salt, garlic paste and chicken powder. Mix well. Cook for 5 mins on high flame. 🔥

5. Add tomatoes. Cover and cook till tomatoes are soft. 🍅

6. Add whisked curd. Cook till oil separates. 🥣

7. Add black pepper powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. Mix well. 🌿

8. Add fried chilli, chopped coriander and julienned ginger. Cover and cook for 2 mins. 🫚

- 600g baby back ribs
- 2-3 potatoes
- Ginger, green onions, dried chili, pepper, cinnamon, star anise, bay leaves
- Soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt, seasoning

- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional, for thickening)

Instructions:

Ingredients:

1 box chocolate cake mix

1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix

1 ¾ cups milk

1 cup mini chocolate chips

2 cups hot fudge sauce, warmed

2 cups whipped cream (or whipped topping)

1 cup crushed Oreos (or chocolate cookie crumbs)

Additional chocolate chips and crushed cookies for garnish

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a bowl, whisk together the cake mix, chocolate pudding mix, and milk until smooth. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.

Once cooled, poke holes throughout the cake using the end of a wooden spoon.

Apple Fritter Waffle Donuts

INGREDIENTS:

- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup milk

- 1/4 cup melted butter

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 cup diced apples

- Oil for frying

- Powdered sugar for dusting

Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

2. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter until well blended.
