What I am grateful for since more than a year now . More than 50 percent of the orders which come are from first time customers who are ordering a whole spread trusting me fully for a gathering of 30
Plus pax . I remember now there have been instances in the past years ago where people used to ask me so send samples before they would go ahead with final orders .

Word of mouth works like magic especially when your good friend Recommends something ?? Makes sense ?

It’s been 10 Years since I am catering . Must have catered to thousands of customers in Singapore. ; to the extent that guests invited for dinner at a client’s house mention “

Part 2 to be continued to the story in the previous post .

These laddoos picture because they went complimentary to the client for the fault of mine .

Ok so coming back to the story :
Biggest blessings in this episode :

1) my client was calm like shallow waters
She trusted me totally

2) I had my kitchen stocked

3) my helper was cooperative

4) my cooking gas was replenished with a new cylinder just 1 hour ago

5) I knew how to handle stress thanks to all the breath work taught to me by my GURU

6) I was super anxious on the outside but I was calm inside .

7) my father taught me to drive

Things I learnt :

1)Things can be very pushing when it does not want to support you but human mind can always find a way out ( wrt to my car not supporting )

2) on My way back I discovered the auto cruise function of my car and that calmed my nerves .

3) I have the qualities of a master chef in me

4) my loved ones back home were constantly sending me energy by means of waves they believe in , nothing can beat family support .

I feel so blessed today 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Writing a story here ! Long post alert ..

Friday evening 6.05 pm I get a msg “ I am reaching the venue , pls let me know once food is delivered “ .

Me / totally unaware this msg makes me fall off my chair while I m just leaving for the gym .

I go to ny email check the clients name and see the order . Please see the long list of order in the picture attached , I have literally zero preparation , no idea what I m going to do , the location to be delivered is some 30 km away from where I live and it’s about time the food needs to reach and the cherry on the cake , it’s raining cats and dogs .

I panic for few seconds , take a deep breath , try to think as fast as I can that what is my right action at this point .

Ok yes I need to call her , I did without wasting another minute ,

I say “ I am sorry I have messed up I have forgotten and I have zero preps .
Response : oh ok in a calm way
Me : tell me realistically what time are your guests arriving , I will do it , just let me change menu pls , I can’t do what you have asked for but I ll do something good give me few seconds . She give me 90 min
She trusted me , said ok pls share with me once you think
I said ok I have 1 hour , I hang up the call . Run my mind to my fridge and my raw materials .

I call back and tell :
Pav bhaji , noodles , chilly paneer , dhokla , papdi chaat .
So blessed she said ok and I had all what was needed . Only thing I had to fetch from the mart below was pav ( breads ) .

3 burners all on , one induction , 2 helpers fully work mode , my mind running at lightning speed , mouth speaking - do this do that , hands calmly doing what’s required . And positive that all will be ok I can do it .

Around 7.20 I start searching driver with a whopping cost of 50$ for delivery but yet as expected no one accepting the order . I pack everything and with Gods name start my car .

Now for some reason my car is not connecting the apple car play and I can’t follow maps . Managed with phone speaker . 45 mins drive to a place in sg I have never gone to, the power of the divine with me was there .

Reached at 8.15 . Handed over and she’s all smiles . Hugged me and says we love your food .

You give me a weekday and I shall do all the customisations for you ! These were homemade prasad boxed made out of lots of love and care . There is zero cross contamination in my kitchen as there are not even eggs entering the house . So it’s purely pure vegetarian . So you can rest assured when it comes to satvik / devotional catering needs .

In these boxes are sugar homemade slow roasted besan laddoos
And zero sugar fig and date pistachio cashew seed laddoos

These are personalised curated food hampers ! Not many know that I do such orders too but I do it when it the call comes...

These are personalised curated food hampers ! Not many know that I do such orders too but I do it when it the call comes from a sweet family member in India to treat their loved ones in Singapore . Distance doesn’t weaken their bonds and I love to take The opportunity to strengthen it by means of food language .

Ps : not easy to catch hold of me : as many know either I m travelling or I m full hands 😄
