Ang being a food lover since young, started out as an apprentice in the kitchen when he was 16 years old, right after he graduated from secondary school. Learning the rope from the ground up, Mr. Ang has over 30 years’ experience in the trade. In 2002, Good Luck Kitchen was invited to participate in the Food Exhibition of Singapore River Hong Bao. lly brought Hebei Cuisine to the Singapore Riverbank for this annual Chinese New Year Celebrations. Good Luck Kitchen is also entrusted to cater for many large events organized by various Community Centres (CCs) and Residential Committees (RCs)
