For many years, food has been very much a part of our lives, not just in our daily routines but also when we travel overseas on holidays or even on business. It is this passion which is largely the driving force behind our decision to take the leap of faith. As many of you know, we started out with private dining. Our focus in catering was solely on Pintxos, a type of tapas commonplace in the Basq
ue region. Private dining on the other hand was a lot more elaborate, usually between 4 to 8 courses consisting of mostly Modern European cuisine with French and Spanish influences. And whilst these activities kept us busy, it wasn't enough to quell our desire to have a proper shop front to call our own. So here we are, finally, all open and ready to serve and whet your appetite.
