From planting and harvesting to processing and roasting, every step matters. By staying close to the coffee at origin, we get to better understand where its flavour comes from, and share that story with every cup.

Distinct, vibrant, and full of character.

Our Wine Natural Drip Coffee Bundle features coffee produced at our Chilliarch Coffee Estate in Yunnan using a double fermentation natural process. Roasted to a medium profile, it reveals notes of plum, red wine, and jackfruit in a rich, expressive cup. It showcases the unique character of Yunnan specialty coffee, highlighting the depth and complexities that is achieved through careful processing at origin.

Each bundle includes 10 drip coffee bags and a 350ml YORZ gooseneck kettle, everything you need to brew a quality cup, whether you're at home, in the office, or on the move.

Our harvest 🌱🌾🫘🧺✨

As coffee cherries ripen at different times, only the ripest are carefully selected and picked by hand, while the rest are left to continue maturing. Once harvested, the cherries are gathered into baskets like these and sorted into separate batches based on ripeness and quality before moving on to the next stage for processing.

It’s a slower, more deliberate process, but one that brings out the full richness, balance, and sweetness in every cup.
