Perfectly ripe peaches 🍑

I run, work out, and visit bars.

Meet Amber Sun, our Assistant Manager at Zén. Originally from Taiwan, she brings warmth, precision, and energy to the floor every day. With nearly three years with the team, she’s become an integral part of the Zén experience.

The oysters at Brophy Bros in California were the best seafood I’ve ever had, and the egg pancake and turnip cake at Kuan Lai Shun Traditional Breakfast in Kaohsiung are unforgettable.

Favourite produce?
Stinky tofu, fried chicken, sweet potato balls, and oyster omelette from a Taiwanese night market 🇹🇼✨

Favourite beverage?
Iced four season oolong tea 🧋

What do you do when you’re not working?

From 2 June, Zén will close for a period of renewal. A new chapter is taking shape, one that refines the space and elevates every dimension of the guest experience.

While staying true to the DNA that has made Zén one of Asia’s most acclaimed culinary destinations, the restaurant will return in a more contemporary and intimate form, where architecture, hospitality, and storytelling come together in a renewed expression.
