Joe's Kitchen Thai Cuisine Yummy Thai comfort food. Humbly Thai. With lots of help from family members and friends, Joe and Jamie started Joe's kitchen - Thai Cuisine on 8 Apr 2006.

It is a little humble Thai restaurant situated in Bukit Merah Lane 1, opposite Alexandra Hospital. Joe is Thai and a chef by profession. He worked for Parkway Thai Restaurant as a chef for 6 years before deciding to start his own place. It has been his dream to have a restaurant of his own where he can cook up authentic and delicious Thai food for his customers. Jamie, Joe's wife, is Singaporean. She was an office worker but now she helps out at the shop as a waitress/cashier. It has also been her dream to start a restaurant with Joe.Jamie believes in good customer service. She and her team of servers try their best to make the customers feel welcomed as they enjoy eating Joe's cooking. Joe is very passionate about his food. He strives to maintain the high standard he sets for the food that he prepares. He ensures that the ingredients are fresh and that the spices are mixed just right for great taste. So wait no more!
