It is with a heavy heart that we are announcing a substantial hike to our delivery charges from $25 to $33. Do note that this regular fee excludes any weekend ($3) and peak period ($4) surcharges. This flat fee is for delivery anywhere in Singapore, so we encourage our customers to self collect as much as possible. We'll even throw in a free Crispy Fritters (worth $4.50) for every self-pickup set order!
From 8 October 2026, our logistics partners significantly increased their delivery charges to us citing two factors - The Platform Workers Act which mandates CPF contributions for delivery drivers and rising fuel costs due to disruption in global oil markets.
There have already been cases where some of our customers waited more than an hour because no drivers were available to deliver our popiah, so this fee hike is needed to improve the situation. We are also sharing the pain by subsidizing fees and taxes that are charged to us for every delivery order.
