National Kitchen by Violet Oon Singapore is a celebration of fine local flavours reflecting Singapore's colourful culinary heritage. Dine indoors in an elegant dining hall or enjoy sweeping views of Singapore's skyline with bar bites and sunset cocktails on the terrace. This iconic space is on the second level of the old City Hall. Bringing together Peranakan heritage, restored colonial decor, and touches of local history, National Kitchen by Violet Oon Singapore is an amalgamation of Singapore's past and future. Our menu showcases local and Peranakan dishes made without shortcuts or compromise.
