It is with both heavy hearts and warm memories that we share the news that Takayama will be closing on 2 August 2025, as Chef Taro is leaving us to embark on a new chapter beyond our doors. His passion, creativity, and dedication have left a lasting impact on our team and guests alike. We wish Chef Taro all the best in his future endeavours and are truly grateful for all the wonderful moments we've shared together.
