4 yrs ago, I can’t even cook a meal for myself(except instant noodles). Throughout my time with Gyu Nami, I’ve learn how to break eggs, prepare and cook beef/salmon/chicken from raw to plating for all my customers. It’s been a very tough journey especially during the covid period when everywhere increase prices from raw materials, logistics to rental.
Most importantly what I’ve learn during the journey are the people I’ve met with, work with, chat with and quarrel with. I’ll keep all these wonderful memories with me and hope soon there’ll be an opportunity to see everyone again in the near future.
Last but not least, I would like to express my gratitude and thanks to everyone that saw, walk past, sat in, dine and chat with us. Especially to my family members who lend me helping hands unconditionally whenever I need and all the support when times are bad. Thank you for believing in me
