Our new set menu — Come To Italy With Us — invites you to savour authentic Italian flavours.

The tasting experience begins with a series of sharing bites: Tigelle, an Emilia-Romagna favourite featuring soft flatbread filled with mortadella and oven-baked ricotta with honey; Frittelle di Baccala, crispy cod fritters paired with rosemary mayo; and Pane e Pomodoro, a quintessential summer dish of brioche served with whipped olive oil and tomato carpaccio.

Our Strichetti al Ragù brings the spirit of Emilia-Romagna to the table. Handmade the traditional way, the stricchetti is folded and pinched into its signature bow-tie shape. It is then tossed through a rich Wagyu cheek ragù, made with beef finely chopped by hand and slow-cooked until deep, tender and intensely savoury.
