一、 岗位描述：
1、储备期：
（1）进行轮岗培训（前厅后厨所有岗位）并通过考核测试；
（2）学习店铺日常营运的各项工作，掌握基本管理技巧，如排班、订货、设备维护等；
（3）配合店长完成门店营运工作，如出餐、收银、清洁、岗位安排等等；
（4）一年内可独立承担一家门店的营运及管理工作；

2、带店期：
（1）全面主持店面的管理工作，执行总部下达的各项任务；
（2）控制门店营运成本，如食材损耗等；
（3）负责员工招募及培训；
（4）妥善处理员工关系和顾客投诉以及各种突发事件；
（5）做好门店内外的清洁卫生，负责保卫、防火等作业管理；
（6）安排并参与店铺日常基层操作。

二、 任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，18-35岁，应届生（酒店管理，旅游&企业管理专业优先）；或者有相关经验优先
2、热情开朗，善于沟通有责任心，有志于从事餐饮行业发展；
3、愿从基层做起，学习能力强，能适应较快的工作节奏。
4、男女不限，男身高1.70米以上,女1.60米以上；五官端正；
5、具有良好的表达沟通能力、对客服务协调，善于团队合作和跨部门协同作业；
6、具有高度的工作热情，积极主动，尽职担责，同时具备较强的适应性
