A refreshing contemporary yusheng made up of sesame dressing, sesame and peanuts, carrots, Japanese cucumber, jicama, candied walnuts, crispy whitebait, ice plant, smoked salmon, wakame, and cherry tomato.

🐍 Year of the Snake Soup
No snakes are harmed in the making of this soup. Bamboo shoots, shredded chicken and duck, and fresh fish maw convene to mimic a serpent’s slenderness in this rich, nourishing soup.

🐟 Oil-Poached Leopard Coral Grouper
Sliced Leopard Coral Grouper poached in low-temperature oil, then assembled and steamed with HK-style soy sauce, enoki mushrooms, and black fungus.

🌱 Stir-fried Garlic Chives & Cauliflower with Dried Shrimp
Extra large dried shrimp stir-fried with garlic chives, cauliflower, red and yellow peppers, and garlic.

🍲 HK-style Claypot Rice with Cured Meat
