July 2021 after 8 months rest, decided to re-opened La Petite Cuisine at a new location - Jalan Besar. { Check my previous post. }

Very private setting of 12 seats with an open kitchen. It fulfilled yet another dream of mine….. showcase my cooking 👩🏽‍🍳 to my guests while they dine.

So much fond memories and wonderful times for birthdays and celebrations here with family and friends and supportive customers at this intimate hidden place. Unwillingly I decided to shut down on February 2024.

Always grateful as many years pass, we built this wonderful friendship with our guests and grateful and thankful for this continuously love and support given to La Petite.

After 2 decades of running restaurants, 👩🏽‍🍳 chef passion of preparing delicious quality food not cease but continues to her new niche for private home dining at her own private apartment.

So I am looking forward to see you guys soooooon again 👩🏽‍🍳

Started in 2007 at a tiny corner of Serene Centre within a 200 sqft space, hence the name of La Petite Cuisine ~ translate from French to English ~ the little kitchen.

And yes during these time we also had our 2nd outlet at 227 Upper Thomson Road.

Few years later, we expanded and moved next door within the same building having a 1300 sqft space and continue serving our guests delicious affordable reasonable French fare.

Sadly we have to close our doors during the pandemic of Covid in November 2020 due to many factors including high rising rental….

Anyway let us embrace what we had accomplished and not dwell on what we had lost. Ayez du courage.
