🇹🇭✨ THAI SELECT NIGHT – The Haute Makan: Thai SELECT Edition ✨🇸🇬
An evening celebrating the flavours, craftsmanship and charm of Thai cuisine at Bold Thai, Capitol Singapore.
The Thai Trade Center Singapore, in collaboration with Bold Thai, hosted “The Haute Makan – Thai SELECT Edition,” inviting guests to experience Thai cuisine through its distinctive flavours, quality ingredients and culinary artistry — showcasing Thailand’s rich culture through a contemporary lens.
The special evening was honoured by the presence of H.E. Mrs. Waraporn Damrongmanee, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, who delivered the opening remarks, alongside Ms. Natthama Koonphol, Director of the Thai Trade Center Singapore, representatives from Bold Thai, and Team Thailand.
The chefs at Bold Thai specially curated a selection of dishes, sharing the stories and heritage behind Thai cuisine through a dining experience defined by creativity, craftsmanship and attention to detail for Singaporean guests.
A key highlight of the evening was celebrating Bold Thai as a recipient of the THAI SELECT certification, awarded by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Ministry of Commerce, Thailand — a mark of quality and excellence that represents authentic Thai flavours, standards and culinary identity on the international stage.
