Wei Ji Braised Duck "Wei Ji Braised Duck" was founded by the Ng's Family in memory of the late Mr Ng Ming Wei to continue his legacy.

“Wei Ji Braised Duck” and its logo was founded by the Ng Family in memory of the late Mr Ng Ming Wei to continue his legacy. “Wei” in chinese (“伟”) was Mr Ng’s chinese name and how all his family members and peers addressed him. Mr Ng, started learning braised duck from his dad ever since 10 years old. After 6 years of hardship, he had his first braised duck rice stall. Mr Ng always emphasized on

the quality of the food he prepared and maintain the consistency of the unique traditional taste. Be it rain or shine, he always maintain the standard of all the food. Which lead to Wei Ji Braised Delight’s motto, “Quality is Priority”. To continue Mr Ng’s traditional braised duck recipes, his wife and children took over the business. Today, the Ng family aim to expand Mr Ng’s Traditional Braised Duck Rice business.

Dear all, we are disheartened to share that we will cease operations permanently from 21 September 2025.

To us, health is more important than anything hence we are taking time off from the F&B industry so our lady boss can focus on improving her health conditions.

We are genuinely thankful for all the support we have received throughout the years♥️ Thank you for loving and appreciating our food, and we always have regulars travelling the extra mile just to taste it.
