Tokyo has landed! 🇯🇵🇸🇬

Chefs Go and Atsushi of Tenki are in Singapore and getting ready to bring their modern take on tempura to Humpback, combining Japanese tradition with French techniques, seasonal ingredients and plenty of creativity.

From Tiger Prawn and Oyster Tempura to Bonito Carpaccio and Snow Crab Omelette, they’re getting their signatures ready for this two-night pop-up.

Meet our new favorite dish: Grilled Sanma with Spicy Tare 🐟

Pacific saury might not be a household name yet, but it should be. Rich, buttery, and packed with umami, it’s eaten head to tail (yes, even the guts). We finish it with our homemade spicy tare for a little kick at the end.

We keep it raw-some.

Farm to kitchen, shuck to table — oysters are best eaten raw, and we don’t cut corners getting there.

Each one’s carefully (and skillfully) shucked by hand, muscle fully detached, so it slides right off the shell for an easy slurp — straight from the sea to you.
