ประกาศรับสมัครคนทำอาหารไทย โดยหน้าที่หลักๆคือ การจัดเตรียมอาหารจานพิเศษสำหรับลูกค้า และจัดเตรียมวัตถุดิบสำหรับการทำอาหาร (ชั่ง ตวง วัด วัตถุดิบและส่วนผสม) พร้อมทั้งตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบให้มีความสดใหม่ ตกแต่งและจัดเรียงให้สวยงาม รวมถึงดูแลอุปกรณ์ภายในครัวให้สะอาด และพร้อมสำหรับการใช้งาน

คุณสมบัติ
-มีประสบการณ์ในการทำอาหารไทย งานครัว และความรู้อื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องในการทำอาหารไทย
-มีประกาศนียบัตรด้านการทำอาหาร(คหกรรม)หรือเทียบเท่า จากสถาบันที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำอาหาร
-ผ่านการอบรมไฮยีน(ใบรับรองการอบรมอาหารที่ถูกสุขลักษณะ)หลักสูตรภาษาอังกฤษ
-มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดเตรียมและทำอาหารไทย
-สามารถจัดการและควบคุมการทำงานในสภาวะที่เร่งรีบและกดดันได้

We are looking for a professional qualified Operations Leader/Manager (F&B). Work with Chefs and other personnel to plan menus that are high in demand and popular with customers. Work with Chefs for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies. Estimate food and beverage costs. Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimise waste. Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of preparation and service.

Job Description
Position: Operations Leader/Manager (F&B)
Location: Various
Working Hours: 6 days
Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee operational matters of restaurants.
Involve in recruitment, training and handling staffs’ grievances, deployment, staffs’ performance, induction, and productivity matters.
Monitor and provide guidance on the duty rostering planning to meet business objectives.
In charge of expansion and new outlet openings.
Implement overall cost control and cost-saving measures.
Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, health, and safety SOPs.
Control and maintain all budgets for all outlets’ operational expenditures.
Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/ tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant experience in F&B operations.
WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 required. Level 2 and Level 3 an asset.
Fluent in the English Language. Mandarin an asset.
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills, with proven ability to manage large, diverse teams.
Working on weekends is necessary.
Traveling to various restaurants is required.
