You may have known him from the days you had dined at his Old Hock Kee bak K*t Teh shop along Joo Chiat Road. Famous for his traditional peppery soup, with herbs and a generous serving of garlic. Thinking about it brings back memories of that warm comfort from that simple plain white rice and savoury soup. Of course, dipping youtiao in the soup is a must-have!
