Launched in November 2014, Sushi Jin is a “must-go” among Japanese food aficionados looking for a tranquil culinary escapade with a friend or two. Everything from the hand pressed menu cover, to the solid oak sushi counter; from the designer Mallorca chairs to the hand hammered copper sake carafes, have been curated to present diners with an elegant experience not found at other sushi restaurants

within similar price points. Quality ingredients are flown in 3 times a week from Tokyo’s Tsukiji market when the maximum in Singapore is 4 times. For the best seats in the house, grab the unique private sushi counter for 5 that slides open to a peek of the kitchen for a personal chef to work his knives. Apart from a plethora of quality Japanese food, one can discover an array of sakes from Junmai to Junmai Daiginjo, among special bottlings hand-carried from renowned breweries. Whisky lovers can also look forward to a small but curated range of Japanese whiskies like Yamazaki Owner’s Cask and the occasional Karuizawa.
